باستخدامك موقع وتطبيقات ميديكون فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها فيُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.

1. استخدام الموقع

يُقدَّم هذا الموقع للتعريف بميديكون وتطبيقاته والتواصل معنا. يجوز لك تصفحه واستخدام نماذجه لأغراض مشروعة فقط، ولا يجوز محاولة تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمته أو إرسال محتوى مسيء أو مضلل أو آلي.

2. استخدام التطبيقات

  • تطبيقات ميديكون موجهة للصيدليات ومخازن الأدوية المرخصة، ويخضع تفعيل الحساب لمراجعة وموافقة الإدارة.
  • ميديكون منصة تربط بين الصيدليات والمخازن؛ عقود البيع والتوريد والأسعار والتسليم والدفع تتم بين الصيدلية والمخزن مباشرةً.
  • بيانات المنتجات في الدليل (الأسماء، التركيزات، الأسعار الاستدلالية) للمساعدة في الطلب فقط، وليست مرجعًا طبيًا أو تسعيرًا ملزمًا.
  • قد نعلّق أو نوقف الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو القوانين المنظمة لتداول الأدوية.

3. مسؤوليات المستخدم

  • تقديم بيانات صحيحة ومحدثة عن منشأتك وترخيصها.
  • الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول ومسؤوليتك عن كل ما يتم من حسابك وحسابات فروعك.
  • الالتزام بالقوانين واللوائح المنظمة لتداول وتخزين وصرف الأدوية.
  • عدم نشر آراء أو رسائل تتضمن معلومات كاذبة أو مسيئة أو تنتهك حقوق الغير.

4. الملكية الفكرية

اسم ميديكون وشعاره وتصميم الموقع والتطبيقات وبرمجياتها ومحتواها مملوكة لميديكون أو مرخصة له، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي. تمنحنا بإرسالك رأيًا ترخيصًا غير حصري بنشره على الموقع.

5. خدمات الغير

تعتمد الخدمة على مزودين خارجيين مثل Google Firebase ومتاجر التطبيقات (App Store وGoogle Play). استخدامك لهذه الخدمات يخضع لشروطها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن توافرها أو عن محتوى المواقع الخارجية التي نربط إليها.

6. حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». نبذل جهدنا لاستمرارها ودقتها لكننا لا نضمن خلوها من الانقطاع أو الخطأ. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو عن الخلافات التجارية بين الصيدليات والمخازن أو عن القرارات المتخذة اعتمادًا على بيانات الدليل.

7. الحسابات والفروع

  • يُنشأ الحساب باسم منشأة مرخصة، ولا يُفعَّل إلا بعد مراجعة الإدارة. يحق لنا رفض التسجيل أو طلب مستندات إضافية.
  • الحساب الرئيسي مسؤول عن الفروع التي ينشئها وعن بيانات دخولها وعن كل ما يتم منها، وله تفعيلها وإيقافها.
  • يجب إبلاغنا فورًا عند الاشتباه في استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك.

8. الطلبات والعروض والطلبيات

  • طلب الصيدلية دعوة لتقديم عروض وليس التزامًا بالشراء. عرض المخزن ملزم له بالسعر والكمية حتى يُسحب أو يُقبل أو ينتهي الطلب.
  • بقبول الصيدلية للعرض كليًا أو جزئيًا تنشأ طلبية ملزمة للطرفين بالكميات والأسعار المقبولة.
  • قد يعرض المخزن كمية تزيد على مخزونه الحالي؛ يظهر ذلك للصيدلية كتوريد لاحق، ويلتزم المخزن بتوريد الباقي أو إبلاغ الصيدلية بتعذره.
  • المخزن مسؤول عن صحة مخزونه وأسعاره وعن صلاحية الأدوية وسلامة تخزينها ونقلها ومطابقتها للقانون. ميديكون لا يحوز الأدوية ولا يبيعها ولا يوصلها.
  • العروض الترويجية ينشرها المخزن على مسؤوليته وتسري وفق شروطها ومدتها والمخزون المتاح.
  • إلغاء الطلبيات يتم وفق ما يتيحه التطبيق حسب حالة الطلبية، ويتحمل كل طرف التزاماته تجاه الآخر.

9. الدفع والحسابات

  • تختار الصيدلية لكل طلبية الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام أو آجلًا على الحساب، ويُتفق على مدة الائتمان وحدّه بين الصيدلية والمخزن.
  • ميديكون لا يحصّل الأموال ولا يحوّلها ولا يضمن السداد. الفواتير والمدفوعات والتسويات المسجلة في التطبيق سجلات يدخلها الطرفان لتنظيم تعاملهما، وتقع مسؤولية صحتها عليهما.
  • أي خلاف مالي أو تجاري يُحل بين الصيدلية والمخزن مباشرة.

10. محتوى المستخدم ودليل المنتجات

  • أنت مسؤول عن كل ما تدخله أو ترفعه (بيانات المخزون، ملفات Excel، العروض، الملاحظات) وتقر بأن لك الحق في استخدامه وأنه صحيح وغير مضلل.
  • قد تُضاف منتجات جديدة إلى الدليل المركزي من بياناتك لتصبح متاحة لباقي المستخدمين (الاسم والتركيز والباركود فقط، دون مخزونك أو أسعارك).
  • بيانات الدليل تُقدَّم «كما هي» وقد تتضمن أخطاء؛ عليك التحقق من الصنف قبل الطلب أو التوريد.

11. متاجر التطبيقات

نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتنازل لاستخدام التطبيقات لأغراض منشأتك. إذا حمّلت التطبيق من App Store أو Google Play فتسري أيضًا شروط المتجر، وميديكون — لا Apple ولا Google — هو المسؤول عن التطبيق ومحتواه ودعمه. لا يجوز الهندسة العكسية أو استخراج البيانات آليًا أو استخدام التطبيق لبناء خدمة منافسة.

12. الإيقاف والإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو القانون، أو انتهاء الترخيص، أو تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة، أو إساءة استخدام المنصة. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت (انظر سياسة الخصوصية). لا يُسقط الإنهاء الالتزامات القائمة بين الصيدلية والمخزن عن طلبيات سابقة.

13. التواصل والتعديلات

للاستفسار عن هذه الشروط: راسلنا من صفحة الدعم. قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد نشر التعديل موافقةً عليه.

By using the Mediqon website and applications you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Website use

This website presents Mediqon and its applications and lets you contact us. You may browse it and use its forms for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or submit abusive, misleading or automated content.

2. Application use

  • The Mediqon applications are intended for licensed pharmacies and medicine warehouses; accounts are activated after review and approval.
  • Mediqon is a platform connecting pharmacies and warehouses; sale and supply contracts, prices, delivery and payment are agreed directly between the pharmacy and the warehouse.
  • Product data in the catalog (names, strengths, reference prices) is provided to help ordering only; it is not medical reference material or binding pricing.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the laws governing the trade of medicines.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your business and its license.
  • Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account and your branch accounts.
  • Comply with the laws and regulations governing the trade, storage and dispensing of medicines.
  • Do not post reviews or messages that are false, abusive or infringe the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The Mediqon name and logo, and the design, software and content of the website and applications are owned by or licensed to Mediqon and may not be copied or reused without written permission. By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish it on the website.

5. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers such as Google Firebase and the app stores (App Store and Google Play). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for the content of external sites we link to.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for commercial disputes between pharmacies and warehouses, or for decisions made in reliance on catalog data.

7. Accounts and branches

  • An account is created for a licensed business and is activated only after our review. We may decline a registration or ask for further documents.
  • The main account is responsible for the branches it creates, for their sign-in details and for everything done from them, and may activate or disable them.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

8. Requests, offers and orders

  • A pharmacy's request is an invitation to offer, not a commitment to buy. A warehouse's offer binds it at the stated price and quantity until it is withdrawn, accepted or the request ends.
  • When a pharmacy accepts an offer, fully or in part, an order is created that binds both parties for the accepted quantities and prices.
  • A warehouse may offer more than its current stock; the pharmacy sees this as "supplied later", and the warehouse must supply the remainder or tell the pharmacy it cannot.
  • The warehouse is responsible for the accuracy of its stock and prices and for the validity, safe storage, transport and legal compliance of the medicines. Mediqon does not hold, sell or deliver medicines.
  • Promotions are published by the warehouse on its own responsibility and apply according to their terms, period and available stock.
  • Orders can be cancelled as the app allows for the order's status; each party remains responsible for its obligations to the other.

9. Payment and accounts

  • For each order the pharmacy chooses cash on delivery or deferred payment on account; the credit period and limit are agreed between the pharmacy and the warehouse.
  • Mediqon does not collect or transfer money and does not guarantee payment. Invoices, payments and settlements recorded in the app are records entered by the parties to organize their dealings, and their accuracy is the parties' responsibility.
  • Any financial or commercial dispute is resolved directly between the pharmacy and the warehouse.

10. Your content and the product catalog

  • You are responsible for everything you enter or upload (stock data, Excel files, offers, notes) and confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is accurate and not misleading.
  • New products from your data may be added to the central catalog and become available to other users (name, strength and barcode only — never your stock or prices).
  • Catalog data is provided "as is" and may contain errors; verify the item before ordering or supplying it.

11. App stores

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for your business. If you downloaded an app from the App Store or Google Play, the store's terms also apply, and Mediqon — not Apple or Google — is responsible for the app, its content and its support. You may not reverse-engineer the apps, extract data by automated means, or use them to build a competing service.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or the law, an expired license, false information, or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Termination does not cancel obligations already existing between a pharmacy and a warehouse for earlier orders.
