توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل ميديكون («نحن») مع المعلومات التي تقدمها عند استخدام هذا الموقع وتطبيقات ميديكون.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

  • بيانات التواصل: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف ونوع الطلب ونص رسالتك عندما ترسل نموذج التواصل أو الدعم.
  • الآراء: الاسم والتقييم ونص الرأي، والبريد الإلكتروني إذا أدخلته اختياريًا. لا يُنشر بريدك الإلكتروني أبدًا.
  • رسائل المحادثة: الاسم الذي تكتبه ونصوص الرسائل المتبادلة مع فريقنا ووقت إرسالها.
  • معرّف زائر مجهول: عند إرسال نموذج أو فتح المحادثة ننشئ لك معرّفًا مجهولًا عبر Firebase Authentication حتى تبقى محادثتك خاصة بك. لا يرتبط هذا المعرّف بهويتك.
  • بيانات تقنية: لغة العرض والصفحة التي أُرسل منها النموذج. يسجل مزود الاستضافة عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ضمن سجلات الخادم المعتادة.
  • بيانات حسابات التطبيقات: عند التسجيل في تطبيقات ميديكون نجمع بيانات المنشأة (الاسم، رقم الترخيص، الهاتف، العنوان، منطقة الخدمة) وبيانات الطلبات والحسابات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة.

2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

  • الرد على استفساراتك وطلباتك وتقديم الدعم.
  • مراجعة الآراء ونشر المعتمد منها (الاسم والتقييم والنص فقط).
  • تشغيل تطبيقات ميديكون وتحسينها وحمايتها من إساءة الاستخدام.
  • الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية المطبقة.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها في إعلانات موجهة.

3. Firebase ومقدمو الخدمة

نستخدم خدمات Firebase من Google (الاستضافة، قاعدة البيانات Firestore، المصادقة، الإشعارات) لتخزين البيانات ومعالجتها نيابةً عنا. قد تُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم خارج بلدك. تُحمَّل الخطوط من Google Fonts. تخضع هذه الخدمات لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بـ Google.

4. ملفات الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

لا نستخدم ملفات ارتباط إعلانية أو أدوات تتبع. نخزن في متصفحك فقط ما يلزم لعمل الموقع: اللغة المختارة، نسخة مؤقتة من إعدادات الصفحة، وجلسة الزائر المجهولة اللازمة للمحادثة. يمكنك مسحها من إعدادات المتصفح في أي وقت. إذا أضفنا أدوات تحليلات لاحقًا فسنحدّث هذه السياسة أولًا.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالطلبات والمحادثات والآراء للمدة اللازمة للرد عليك وإدارة علاقتنا بك، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة، ما لم يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها لمدة أطول.

6. حقوقك

يمكنك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو سحب رأي نشرته، بمراسلتنا على وسائل التواصل أدناه. سنرد خلال مدة معقولة.

7. بيانات تطبيقات ميديكون

تنطبق هذه الفقرة على تطبيق ميديكون للصيدليات وتطبيق ميديكون للمخازن (على iOS وAndroid والويب). عند استخدامك للتطبيقات نعالج:

  • بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني أو اسم المستخدم للفرع، اسم المسؤول، واللغة المختارة. تُحفظ كلمة المرور لدى Firebase Authentication بصورة مشفرة ولا نطّلع عليها.
  • بيانات المنشأة والفروع: الاسم، رقم الترخيص، الهاتف، العنوان، مناطق الخدمة، وموقع الفرع الجغرافي إذا أدخلته يدويًا.
  • بيانات التشغيل: الطلبات والأصناف والكميات، عروض المخازن والأسعار، الطلبيات وحالاتها وطريقة الدفع المختارة (نقدي أو آجل)، قوائم النواقص، والعروض الترويجية.
  • بيانات المخزون (المخازن): الأصناف والكميات والأسعار وأرقام التشغيلات وتواريخ الانتهاء وسجل حركة المخزون، وملفات Excel التي ترفعها للاستيراد.
  • البيانات المالية بين الطرفين: الفواتير والمدفوعات المسجلة والتسويات وكشوف الحساب بين الصيدلية والمخزن. لا نعالج بيانات بطاقات الدفع ولا ننفذ عمليات دفع إلكتروني داخل التطبيق.
  • الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز (Push token) لإرسال التنبيهات. تحتوي الإشعارات على نوع الحدث فقط دون مبالغ أو بيانات شخصية.
  • سجل الإجراءات: نسجّل الإجراءات المهمة (مثل قبول عرض أو تعديل مخزون) مع هوية الحساب ووقت التنفيذ لأغراض الأمان وحل النزاعات.

لا تجمع التطبيقات جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الموقع الجغرافي للجهاز أو سجل التصفح، ولا تعرض إعلانات، ولا تتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

8. أذونات الجهاز

  • الإشعارات: اختيارية، لإعلامك بالطلبات والعروض وحالة الطلبيات. يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت.
  • الملفات: فقط عندما تختار ملف Excel للاستيراد أو تحفظ ملفًا مُصدَّرًا. لا يصل التطبيق إلى ملفات أخرى.
  • الإنترنت: للاتصال بخوادم ميديكون.

9. من يرى بياناتك داخل المنصة

  • الصيدلية: يرى طلبَها المخازنُ المعتمدة التي تخدم منطقتها فقط. يظهر اسم الصيدلية ومنطقتها والأصناف والكميات.
  • المخزن: مخزونه وأسعاره خاصة به. ترى الصيدلية فقط العروض التي يرسلها إليها والعروض الترويجية المنشورة لمنطقتها.
  • الحسابات المالية: يراها طرفا التعامل (الصيدلية والمخزن) وحدهما.
  • الفروع: يرى الحساب الرئيسي بيانات كل فروعه، ولا يرى الفرع بيانات الفروع الأخرى.
  • إدارة ميديكون: تطّلع على البيانات اللازمة لاعتماد الحسابات والدعم ومراقبة سلامة المنصة.

لا نشارك بياناتك مع جهات خارجية إلا مقدمي الخدمة التقنيين المذكورين أعلاه، أو عند إلزام قانوني.

10. حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب) أو مباشرة من صفحة حذف حساب ميديكون للصيدليات أو حذف حساب ميديكون للمخازن، بعد تأكيد هويتك بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور. يمكنك أيضًا طلب الحذف بمراسلتنا عبر وسائل التواصل أدناه.

عند الحذف تُزال فورًا بيانات الدخول والملف التعريفي للمنشأة وفروعها من الخدمة، وتُلغى الطلبات المفتوحة والعروض المعلّقة، ولا يعود الحساب ظاهرًا لأي مستخدم. تُنقل نسخة من سجل الحساب إلى أرشيف «الحسابات المحذوفة» المقيَّد الذي لا يطّلع عليه إلا إدارة ميديكون، ونحتفظ به وبالسجلات المالية (الفواتير والمدفوعات) وسجل الإجراءات للمدة التي يوجبها القانون أو تقتضيها حقوق الطرف الآخر في التعامل، مع قصر استخدامها على هذا الغرض.

11. الأمان والقُصَّر

تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفر (HTTPS)، وتُطبَّق قواعد صلاحيات على الخادم تمنع أي حساب من قراءة بيانات غيره. التطبيقات موجهة للمنشآت الصيدلية المرخصة وليست موجهة لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات أطفال.

This policy explains how Mediqon ("we") handles the information you provide when you use this website and the Mediqon applications.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact information: name, email, phone number, request type and your message when you send the contact or support form.
  • Reviews: name, rating and review text, plus your email if you choose to provide it. Your email is never published.
  • Chat messages: the name you enter, the messages exchanged with our team and when they were sent.
  • Anonymous visitor identifier: when you submit a form or open the chat we create an anonymous identifier through Firebase Authentication so your conversation stays private to you. It is not linked to your identity.
  • Technical data: display language and the page the form was sent from. The hosting provider records IP address and browser type in standard server logs.
  • Application account data: when you register in the Mediqon apps we collect business details (name, license number, phone, address, service area) and the order and account data needed to provide the service.

2. How we use information

  • To answer your inquiries and requests and provide support.
  • To moderate reviews and publish approved ones (name, rating and text only).
  • To operate, improve and protect the Mediqon applications against misuse.
  • To meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. Firebase and service providers

We use Google's Firebase services (Hosting, Firestore database, Authentication, Cloud Messaging) to store and process data on our behalf. Data may be stored on servers outside your country. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services are subject to Google's own privacy policies.

4. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. We only store in your browser what the site needs to work: your chosen language, a temporary copy of the page settings, and the anonymous visitor session required for the chat. You can clear them from your browser settings at any time. If we add analytics tools later, we will update this policy first.

5. Retention

We keep requests, conversations and reviews for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, then delete or anonymize them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw a review you posted, by contacting us through the channels below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Mediqon application data

This section applies to the Mediqon Pharmacy and Mediqon Supply apps (iOS, Android and web). When you use the apps we process:

  • Account data: email or branch username, contact name and chosen language. Your password is stored by Firebase Authentication in protected form; we cannot see it.
  • Business and branch data: name, license number, phone, address, service areas, and a branch's map location if you enter it manually.
  • Operational data: requests with items and quantities, warehouse offers and prices, orders with their statuses and chosen payment type (cash or deferred), shortage lists and promotions.
  • Stock data (warehouses): items, quantities, prices, batch numbers, expiry dates, stock movement history, and the Excel files you upload for import.
  • Financial records between the two parties: invoices, recorded payments, settlements and account statements between a pharmacy and a warehouse. We do not process payment-card data and no electronic payment is made inside the apps.
  • Notifications: a device push token used to send alerts. Notifications carry only the type of event, never amounts or personal data.
  • Activity log: important actions (such as accepting an offer or adjusting stock) are recorded with the account and time, for security and dispute resolution.

The apps do not collect contacts, photos, the device's location or browsing history, show no advertising, and do not track you across other apps or websites.

8. Device permissions

  • Notifications: optional, to tell you about requests, offers and order status. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
  • Files: only when you pick an Excel file to import or save an exported file. The app does not access other files.
  • Internet: to connect to Mediqon's servers.

9. Who sees your data inside the platform

  • Pharmacies: a request is seen only by approved warehouses serving the pharmacy's area. They see the pharmacy's name and area and the requested items and quantities.
  • Warehouses: stock and prices are private. A pharmacy sees only the offers a warehouse sends it and the promotions published for its area.
  • Financial accounts: visible only to the two parties to the dealing (the pharmacy and the warehouse).
  • Branches: a main account sees all of its branches; a branch does not see other branches.
  • Mediqon administration: accesses the data needed to approve accounts, provide support and keep the platform safe.

We do not share your data with third parties other than the technical service providers named above, or where the law requires it.

10. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account yourself at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete account) or directly from the Mediqon Pharmacy delete-account page or the Mediqon Supply delete-account page, after confirming your identity with your email and password. You can also ask us to delete it through the channels below.

On deletion, the sign-in details and the profile of the business and its branches are removed from the service immediately, open requests and pending offers are cancelled, and the account is no longer visible to any user. A copy of the account record is moved to a restricted "Deleted Accounts" archive that only Mediqon administration can access; we keep it, together with financial records (invoices and payments) and the activity log, for as long as the law requires or the other party's rights in the dealing call for, and use them only for that purpose.

11. Security and minors

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and server-side access rules stop any account from reading another's data. The apps are intended for licensed pharmaceutical businesses, are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
