1. النطاق
تنطبق هذه السياسة على الإصدار 1 من تطبيقي ميديكون للصيدليات وميديكون للمخازن على أندرويد و iOS. في هذا الإصدار التطبيق كتالوج لمنتجات التجميل والعناية الشخصية: تتصفح المنتجات وتبحث فيها وتعرض تفاصيلها. لا يتضمن هذا الإصدار طلبًا أو دفعًا.
استخدامك لهذا الموقع (نماذج التواصل، الآراء، المحادثة) تحكمه سياسة الخصوصية العامة.
2. ما الذي نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور عند إنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول. تُحفظ كلمة المرور مشفّرة لدى Firebase Authentication ولا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها.
- الاسم (اختياري): الاسم الذي تكتبه في ملفك الشخصي داخل الإعدادات.
- رمز الإشعارات (اختياري): إذا فعّلت الإشعارات يُنشأ لجهازك رمز لدى Firebase Cloud Messaging لإيصال الإشعارات، ويُحذف عند إيقافها.
- بيانات تقنية: ما يسجله Firebase تلقائيًا لتشغيل تسجيل الدخول وحمايته، مثل عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز ووقت الدخول.
3. ما الذي لا نجمعه
- لا موقع جغرافي: التطبيق لا يطلب إذن الموقع ولا يجمع موقعك.
- لا يصل التطبيق إلى جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الصور أو الملفات.
- لا بيانات دفع ولا بيانات صحية.
- لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع إعلاني، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
- كتالوج المنتجات مخزَّن داخل التطبيق نفسه، وما تتصفحه أو تبحث عنه لا يُرسل إلينا.
4. الأذونات
الإذن الوحيد الذي قد يطلبه التطبيق هو الإشعارات، وهو اختياري: لا يُطلب إلا عندما تفعّل الإشعارات بنفسك من الإعدادات، ويعمل التطبيق كاملًا بدونه. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من الإعدادات أو من إعدادات الجهاز.
5. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك وحمايته.
- إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور عندما تطلب ذلك.
- إرسال الإشعارات إذا فعّلتها.
- منع إساءة الاستخدام والالتزام بالقانون.
تُحفظ تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر والإشعارات على جهازك فقط.
6. مقدمو الخدمة
نستخدم Firebase من Google (Firebase Authentication، و Firebase Cloud Messaging عند تفعيل الإشعارات) لتشغيل الحسابات. تعالج Google هذه البيانات نيابة عنا وفق شروطها، وقد تُخزَّن على خوادم خارج بلدك. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف آخر إلا إذا أوجب القانون ذلك.
7. حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← حذف الحساب) أو مباشرة من صفحة حذف حساب ميديكون للصيدليات أو حذف حساب ميديكون للمخازن، بعد تأكيد البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور.
عند الحذف تُزال بيانات الدخول فورًا ولا يمكن استخدام الحساب بعدها. نحتفظ بسجل مقيَّد للحذف (البريد الإلكتروني والاسم وتاريخ الحذف) لا يطّلع عليه إلا إدارة ميديكون، للمدة التي يوجبها القانون أو تقتضيها معالجة النزاعات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
8. الأمان والأطفال
تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفر (HTTPS). التطبيقات غير موجهة لمن هم دون 18 عامًا ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات أطفال.

الإصدارات القادمة من التطبيقات قد تضيف خصائص جديدة. عندها سننشر السياسة المحدَّثة على هذا الموقع قبل إتاحة تلك الخصائص.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Release 1 of the Mediqon Pharmacy and Mediqon Supply apps on Android and iOS. In this release the app is a catalogue of cosmetics and personal-care products: you browse products, search them and view their details. This release has no ordering and no payments.
Your use of this website (contact forms, reviews, chat) is covered by the general Privacy Policy.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your email address and password when you create an account and sign in. The password is stored hashed by Firebase Authentication; we cannot see it.
- Name (optional): the name you type in your profile in Settings.
- Notification token (optional): if you turn notifications on, Firebase Cloud Messaging creates a token for your device so notifications can reach it. It is deleted when you turn them off.
- Technical data: what Firebase records automatically to run and protect sign-in, such as IP address, device type and sign-in time.
3. What we do not collect
- No location: the app does not ask for the location permission and does not collect your location.
- The app does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
- No payment data and no health data.
- No advertising, no ad tracking, and we do not sell your data.
- The product catalogue is stored inside the app itself; what you browse or search for is not sent to us.
4. Permissions
The only permission the app may ask for is notifications, and it is optional: it is requested only when you turn notifications on yourself in Settings, and the app works fully without it. You can turn them off at any time in Settings or in the device settings.
5. How we use the data
- To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
- To reset your password when you ask.
- To send notifications if you turned them on.
- To prevent abuse and comply with the law.
Your language, theme and notification preferences are kept on your device only.
6. Service providers
We use Google's Firebase (Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Cloud Messaging when notifications are on) to run accounts. Google processes this data on our behalf under its terms, and it may be stored on servers outside your country. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Privacy → Delete account) or directly from the Mediqon Pharmacy delete-account page or the Mediqon Supply delete-account page, after confirming your email and password.
On deletion your sign-in is removed immediately and the account can no longer be used. We keep a restricted record of the deletion (email, name and deletion date) that only Mediqon administration can access, for as long as the law requires or as needed to handle disputes and prevent abuse.
8. Security and children
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The apps are not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
